El desarrollo del presente trabajo responde a la inquietud de ubicar en el marco judicial lo que subyace al relato de los testigos en los juicios por crímenes de lesa humanidad ocurridos durante la última dictadura cívico-militar en Argentina. Situar, además, el modo en que el discurso jurídico se apropia de ese texto latente para ponerlo al servicio de la justicia y la construcción histórica. Entendemos, que dentro del marco jurídico, la posibilidad de validar un texto que se presenta velado en un testimonio, marca una ruptura que distingue estos juicios de los procesos judiciales tradicionales; e introduce, en la escena judicial, la noción de sujeto del inconsciente sostenida por el psicoanálisis. Describe also the way in which the legal discourse makes use of this latent text/narration to put it at the service of justice and the historical construction.
