El trabajo presenta avances de la investigación que se realizan en el marco del proyecto CIUNT “Aprender a vivir juntos en el ámbito educativo” en instituciones educativas y de formación en la provincia de Tucumán. Las instituciones educativas constituyen actualmente espacios institucionales de alta vulnerabilidad que dificulta el equilibrio necesario para la salud mental y el logro de aprendizajes significativos. Se reconstruye y analizan datos vivenciales de docentes que enfrentan críticas situaciones de violencia y de convivencia malsana en escuelas. El estudio tiene enfoque es psicosociocultural y se fundamenta en la decisión epistemológica de la complejidad, desde un posicionamiento ético, que busca construir nuevos modos de pensar. Se analizan problemáticas de la convivencia escolar y las condiciones que hacen posible aprender a vivir a juntos, buscando efectos de mayor alcance tanto en el presente como en el futuro de la sociedad. Identifica experiencias educativas innovadoras, estrategias de prevención y/o intervención, orientadas a mejorar la convivencia en el espacio físico y simbólico de la escuela, rescatando los derechos humanos, nuevos modos de convivencia, resolución pacífica de conflictos orientados a la democratización social y educativa, con la finalidad de la reconstrucción de los lazos sociales.
