Las estadísticas dan cuenta del creciente aumento del consumo de drogas por parte de los adolescentes. La escuela va internalizando progresivamente la dimensión que cobra esta problemática, reconociendo y asimilando las repercusiones e incidencias que tal realidad le plantea. Pero lo cierto es, que la institución no se deja de ver interpelada -desde lo legal y lo ético- cuando se detecta concretamente que sus propios estudiantes están involucrados en el consumo. Lo que le lleva a plantearse ¿Cual es su quehacer?, ¿Cómo abordarlo?, ¿Cual es su responsabilidad legal a partir de las normativas que procuran por el resguardo de los derechos de los adolescentes? ¿Qué dilemas bioéticos se ponen en juego? Múltiples son los discursos que coexisten a los fines de esclarecer estos y otros interrogantes. Me propongo de esta manera presentar avances de un proyecto de investigación, que se plantea conocer de qué manera los discursos actuales nos sitúan desde la bioética ante la detección desde la escuela del consumo de drogas en adolescentes. Se analizará así, cómo se despliegan los significantes que atraviesan dicho campo y cómo se entrelazan y yuxtaponen distintos discursos: como el jurídico; psicológico, médico y educativo con respecto a este objeto de estudio. The school goes internalizando increasingly this problematics, recognizing and assimilating the repercussions and effects that such a reality has. But the certain thing is, that the institution sees involved - in the legal thing and the ethical thing - when it is discovered concretly that his own students are involved in the consumption. What one asks, which is his occupation? how to approach it? which is his legal responsibility according to the regulations protection of the rights of the teenagers? What dilemmas is bioéticos? Multiple they are the speeches that coexist to the ends of clarifying these and other questions.I propose to present advances of a project of investigation,which appears of knowing on the current speeches they place us of the bioética before the detection for the school of the consumption of drugs in teenagers. It will be analyzed this way, how despliegan the significant ones that cross the above mentioned field and how they interlace and yuxtaponen different speeches: as the juridical one; psychological, medical and educational with regard to this object of study.
