Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar e aprofundar na adaptação e dificuldades de aprendizagem de estudantes do Ensino Superior do Curso de Pedagogia e verificar como a instituição contribui para que possam superar e aprender os conteúdos de forma prazerosa, fazendo com que cada um construa o seu conhecimento, possibilitando assim abrir novos horizontes concluindo um curso de nível superior.. A questão da Globalização tem afetado, muito o ensino e aprendizagem dos alunos. A maioria dos estudantes que ingressam no ensino superior trazem consigo uma representação positiva em relação a sua futura experiência na área da educação e juntamente com essa expectativa também apresenta dificuldades de aprendizagem, a maioria que trouxeram da Educação Básica, principalmente do Ensino Médio. Principalmente as alunas que fizeram o Ensino de Jovens e Adulto (EJA). Durante o processo de investigação, foi importante abordar a questão do sigilo, para deixar as alunas tranquilas em relação aos demais. Isso foi facilitador, pois pontuaram algo que é pertinente trabalhar nas instituições, visando tanto a melhora do ensino para o aluno e para a relação com o professor.
