En el marco del proyecto de investigación “Dilemas éticos en la práctica psicológica. El diálogo con otros discursos disciplinares en contextos institucionales diversos. Estudio exploratorio descriptivo en base a una investigación cuali-cuantitativa” se intentará favorecer la reflexión acerca de la relación existente entre la ley jurídica y la Ley simbólica y sus efectos para el sujeto. A partir del recorte de un film surgen las siguientes preguntas:¿Habría efectos subjetivos por la ausencia de sanción jurídica frente a un delito cometido? ¿Cómo podríamos pensar la relación entre la Responsabilidad subjetiva y la responsabilidad jurídica? ¿Qué sucedería si a esta cuestión le agregamos que el acto criminal cometido pudo haber sido realizado bajo los efectos de alguna sustancia? From the clipping of a film we will make some questions: Are there any effects for the absence of juridical sanction to a committed crime? How would we think the relation between the subjective Responsibility and the juridical responsibility? What would happen if we add that the crime was committed under the effects of a substance?
