Este trabajo resume los resultados de una primera etapa de la investigación circunscripta al análisis de la inmigración latina en la Región de Castilla La Mancha - España. El objetivo ha sido indagar sobre el perfil psicosocial de esa población migratoria y sus actitudes para trabajar por su bienestar económico a la par que una integración a la convivencia cotidiana y normas cívicopolíticas de esa región española en las condiciones de un mundo crecientemente globalizado. Esta investigación se llevó a cabo sobre la base de dos encuestas utilizando un diseño exploratorio. Una, la principal, a los inmigrantes latinoamericanos que viven en municipios de Castilla-La Mancha y la otra, a sus familias residentes en los países de origen - en esta fase sólo con los residentes en Argentina-. Para aplicar el cuestionario a la población inmigrante en Castilla-La Mancha se trabajó con una muestra no probabilística intencional de 206 casos. The aim has been to investigate the psychosocial profile of the migrant population and their attitudes to work for their economic wellbeing at the same time integrating the daily living standards and civic policies that Spanish region under conditions of an increasingly globalized world. One, the main, Latin American immigrants living in towns of Castilla-La Mancha and the other, their families residing in the countries of origin - at this stage only residents in Argentina.
