El presente proyecto de investigación se propone evaluar, a partir de un estudio prospectivo, las magnitudes cuantitativas y cualitativas en que son percibidos los sucesos estresantes por pacientes que padecen vitíligo y alopecia (grupo control). La población sobre la cual se tomará la muestra pertenece al Servicio de Dermatología del Hospital T. Alvarez situado en la Capital Federal y estará conformada por 20 pacientes con vitíligo que se evaluarán comparativamente con un grupo control de 20 pacientes con alopecia. Serán adultos entre los 21 y los 65 años que realicen tratamiento psicológico durante el año 2008. Las muestras serán heterogéneas en relación al género, la edad, estado civil, tiempo de tratamiento realizado, etc. Se intentará establecer si los sucesos estresantes son percibidos con mayor intensidad por los pacientes que padecen vitíligo que aquellos que padecen alopecia. Se desarrollarán conceptos como vitiligo, alopecia, stress, cantidades y cualidades, fenomenología del paciente psicosomático y su especificidad en piel. The sample population belongs to the Dermatology Service of the T. Alvarez Hospital placed at the Capital Federal, and it will consist of 20 patients with vitíligo who will be assessed in a comparative way to a control group that consists of 20 patients with alopecia. They will be adult people between 21 and 65 years old who have been under psychological treatment during the year 2008. The samples will be heterogeneous related to gender, age, marital status, time that the patient has been in treatment, etc. We will try to establish if stressful events are perceived with a higher intensity by patients suffering from vitíligo than those who suffer from alopecia. We will develop concepts such as vitiligo, alopecia, stress, quantities and qualities, psychosomatic patient phenomenology and its specificity on skin.
