El trabajo indagará la cuestión del significado del dolor en el psicoanálisis. En la obra de Freud el dolor tiene una aparición tempranísima, en El proyecto de psicología para neurólogos, nombra una de las dos experiencias/ vivencias constitutivas de lo humano, “la vivencia de dolor”, que deja como resto el afecto, y este justamente solo puede afectar a un cuerpo. El trabajo propondrá un recorrido por los antecedentes de este término, y las vicisitudes que sufre su teorización y tratamiento clínico, tanto en Freud como en Lacan. En nuestro trayecto haremos distintas escalas imprescindibles para nuestro tema. Por ejemplo: el intento de Freud de definir la pulsión por la vía del dolor. Algo exterior que se hace interior y que se convierte en una “nueva fuente de excitación continuada. y de incremento de la tensión.... cobra así semejanza con una pulsión… sentimos ese caso como dolor”. Luego le dará un lugar estructural en la segunda tópica, con el Superyo como necesidad de castigo y sentimiento inconciente de culpa. Lacan con Das Ding , núcleo irreductible del Otro, y el dolor de existir que se deriva de este agujero del Otro. In Freud`s work, pain appears very early, in the project of psychology for neurologists, pain is the name for one of the two constitutional experiences of the human. “The pain experience”, that leaves as rest, the affection, and this can only affect a body. The work will propose a route by the antecedents of this term, and the vicissitudes that undergoes its theorising and clinical treatment, as much in Freud as in Lacan. In our passage we will make different and essential scales for our subject. For example: the attempt of Freud to define the trieb by the route of the pain. Something from the outside becomes interior and that becomes a “new source of continued excitation. and of increase of the tension…. it acquires thus similarity with trieb… we felt that case like pain”. Soon, he will give a structural place to this in the second topic, with the Superyo as necessity of punishment and inconciente feeling of guilt.
