En el marco de la investigación UBACyT P601 (2008-2010): “Variaciones del concepto de locura en la obra de J. Lacan. Su incidencia en el diagnóstico diferencial neurosis-psicosis” dirigida por el Mgter. Pablo D. Muñoz, proponemos una línea de trabajo acerca de la función del Nombre del Padre en la psicosis. Esto se justifica en la pregunta acerca de las condiciones de posibilidad de una modificación de la posición del sujeto en la psicosis y su vinculación con la implementación de un diagnóstico diferencial y un tratamiento posible en términos psicoanalíticos. Para ello, partimos de una conjetura de Freud para apuntalar esta pregunta. Luego, se puntualiza la noción de función de significante del Nombre del Padre en la enseñanza de Lacan de los años 50. Luego, y tomando la afirmación de Lacan acerca de la forclusión del Nombre del Padre en la estructura, se despliega la pregunta por los modos de retorno y la eficacia de éstos en la diacronía de la psicosis. Lacan. His incident in the differential diagnosis neurosis - psychosis” directed by Mgter. Pablo D. Muñoz, we propose a line of work about the Name of the Father’s function in the psychosis. This is motivated in the question about the conditions of possibility of a modification of the subject’s position in the psychosis and his entail with the implementation of a differential diagnosis and a possible treatment in psychoanalytic terms. For it, we depart from Freud’s conjecture to support this question. Then and taking Lacan’s affirmation about the forclusion of the Name of the Father in the structure, develope the question for the manners of return and the efficiency of these in the evolution of the psychosis.
