El trabajo plantea un modelo alternativo para el tratamiento de pacientes “más allá de la neurosis” que presentan trastornos importantes en la simbolización. Desde la teoría y práctica psicoanalítica se intenta dar cuenta de la tarea desarrollada a lo largo de 20 años en el ”Centro de investigación en psicoterapia y rehabilitación psicosocial”( CIPRES). Destacamos el carácter multidisciplinario de dicha tarea en la medida que participan de la actividad además de integrantes de la Asociación Psicoanalítica del Uruguay (APU) las facultades de Medicina, Psicología, Humanidades Ciencias Sociales y la Escuela de Bellas Artes, todas integrantes de la Universidad de la República (UDELAR). Se ponen de relieve las hipótesis psicoanalíticas sobre la estructuración psíquica y se plantean interrogantes en relación a los efectos de estos abordajes sobre el funcionamiento psíquico: ¿cambio psíquico? Finalmente se plantea la pertinencia de participación de las instituciones psicoanalíticas en las nuevas políticas estatales en materia de salud mental en Uruguay. Palabras clave Construcción de subjetividad ABSTRACT CONSTRUCTION OF SUBJECTIVITY This paper presents an alternative model for the treatment of patients “beyond neurosis” that presents major symbolization disorders. From the psychoanalytic theory and practice seeks to reflect the work carried out over 20 years in the “Centre for Research in psychotherapy and psychosocial rehabilitation (CIRES). Emphasize the multidisciplinary nature of this task to the extent of the activity involved in addition to members of the Psychoanalytic Association of Uruguay (APU), the faculties of Medicine, Psychology, Humanities, Social Sciences and the School of Fine Arts, all members of the University the Republic (UDELAR). It highlights the psychoanalytic hypotheses about the psychic structure and raises questions regarding the effects of these approaches on the functioning psychic: psychic change?
