La intoxicación es una respuesta no sintomática que intenta anular una posición subjetiva, que se caracteriza por un no querer saber nada, que se guía por un hacer, y que muestra un claro divorcio con el inconciente. Una serie de entrevistas -con un paciente traído por su madre por su consumo de paco- permiten ubicar un primer momento donde no desliza en el discurso. Su ser “paquero” lo deja designado tan solo en un acto, y compulsivo, dejándolo solo y fuera de juego. El tóxico en este caso el PACO funciona como adormecimiento yoico, no quiere despertar, no quiere saber nada sobre su propia determinación y su capacidad de elegir. Sin embargo el encuentro con una analista permitió un alojamiento de su modo de gozar para que pueda transformarse en algo singular, en algo más simbólico que vele la identificación a la basura, al desecho. “Basurero”: designación esta ultima que realiza en un lazo con otros, mas allá de la relación única que mantenía antes con la sustancia. Este desafío convoca al analista y su quehacer- sobre todo en las instituciones públicas - a brindar tratamientos a partir de una práctica interdisciplinaria pero sostenida desde la ética psicoanalítica.
