Nos servimos aquí de la noción de nominación, o del padre como nombrante presentada por Lacan en el Seminario 22 para dar una nueva vuelta al tema del padre en los casos de apropiación, justamente al ubicar una función del padre que no queda subsumida al significante del Nombre del Padre, ni al registro simbólico. Tomaremos para ello el caso P., primer niña restituida por orden judicial y por pruebas genéticas en 1984, para dar cuenta de la vertiente simbólica y real del inconciente, a partir de la respuesta de la pequeña a las marcas aportadas por su agente de crianza: el apropiador. Ubicaremos la sumisión de la niña a los dichos del apropiador: su sumisión al goce de Otro, pero también al discurso del amo como esa vertiente simbólica del inconciente que insiste, como así también la resistencia del inconciente -real- a la apropiación, una resistencia a dejarse tomar toda por el discurso del amo.
