Hace algún tiempo la sociedad toda se conmocionaban por noticias que llegaban desde el norte del país: En Rosario de la Frontera (Salta) ocho jóvenes de entre 14 y 17 años habían muerto en lo que parecía una “ola de suicidios adolescentes”. El fenómeno inquietaba a padres y docentes al tiempo que suscitaba todo tipo de especulaciones; sin embargo a poco de andar se reveló que detrás de estas muertes existía otra verdad: había un extraño juego entre los adolescentes, un juego en el cual se procuraba perder el conocimiento a través de la asfixia. El llamado “choking game” había desembarcado en nuestras tierras llevándose la vida de varios adolescentes. A lo largo de este escrito se analizan algunos aspectos involucrados en esta práctica en ocasiones letal. Palabras clave Choking Game Adolescente Otro ABSTRACT CHOKING GAME?
