El tema central del artículo es la relación entre el la cura psicoanalítica, el amor y el alcoholismo. El objetivo del trabajo es precisar el lugar del amor con relación al alcoholismo y a su tratamiento, desde la perspectiva psicoanalítica. La hipótesis que nos guía es que el amor puede ser el pivote de las entradas y salidas a un alcoholismo y también para su tratamiento. Se realiza una lectura sistemática de la obra de Freud y la enseñanza de Lacan. Se concluye que un desengaño amoroso puede introducir a algunos sujetos en un alcoholismo como defensa frente a una pérdida y que un psicoanálisis - en tanto se vale del amor en la dirección del saber inconciente - puede abrir la posibilidad de que el sujeto haga el duelo por sus objetos abandonados de tal modo que la falta se diferencie de la pérdida y ocupe su legítimo lugar de motor necesario para la circulación libidinal por la serie de nuevos objetos que ligan al sujeto a la vida. En este movimiento el objeto alcohol cae por añadidura. Palabras clave Psicoanálisis Amor Alcoholismo ABSTRACT CLINICAL PSYCHOANALYSIS AND ALCOHOLISM The central subject of this article is the relationship between the psychoanalytic cure, love and alcoholism. The objective of this work is precising the place love has in relationship with alcoholism and its treatment from a psychoanalytic perspective. The hypothesis guiding us is that love can be a switch for going in and out of alcoholism and for its treatment aswel. A systematic reading is performed of the freudian work and Lacan’s teachings. It’s concluded that an unhappy love affaire may introduce some subjects into alcoholism as a defense for a certain loss and so psychoanalysis- as it makes use of love pointing to an unconscious symbolic knowledge- may open to the subject the possibility of dueling the abandoned objects in a way that lack becomes different from loss and takes its legitimate place as a motor for the libidinal circulation on the series of new objects that bind the subject to life.
