Con el objetivo de conocer las transformaciones colectivas y subjetivas de los actores sociales dentro del singular fenómeno de las fábricas recuperadas, realizamos esta investigación en una Cooperativa dedicada a la producción y comercialización de productos sanitarios llamada INSA-FENIX. Se utilizó el método cualitativo, las principales técnicas administradas fueron la entrevista semi-dirigida y la observación del espacio organizacional. Se entrevistaron tres miembros de la Cooperativa y se hicieron observaciones durante el mes de Octubre de 2009. Para organizar la investigación utilizamos categorías-consigna que utilizan los propios trabajadores que recuperan sus empresas para identificarse: Ocupar, Resistir y Producir y las correspondientes conceptualizaciones que hacen a la caracterización del proceso. Esta ponencia se divide en Pasado, Presente y Futuro, según las distintas formas de auto-designarse que han tenido estos trabajadores a lo largo del tiempo: Empleados, Socios y Dueños. La realidad observada en el campo dio cuenta de un cambio profundo en lo colectivo y en algunas subjetividades. Palabras clave Ocupar Resistir Producir Carrera moral ABSTRACT RECOVERED FACTORIES The aim of the present investigation is to explore the subjective and collective transformations of the workers within the singular phenomenon of recovered factories. It took place in a Cooperative dedicated to the production and marketing of bath devices called INSA-FENIX. The qualitative method was used; the main techniques administered were semi-directed interviews and observation of organizational space. We interviewed three members of the Cooperative and observations were made during October 2009. In order to organize the research we used slogan-categories, used by these workers who recovered their companies, to identify themselfs: Occupy, Resist and Produce, and the corresponding conceptualizations which make the characterization of the process. We will divide our discussion on Past, Present and Future, according to the different forms of self-appointed that these workers have had over time: Employees, Associates and Owners.
