O presente trabalho tem como objetivo descrever e problematizar a dimensão visível e invisível da guerra de identidades sexuais e suas conseqüências em termos de produção de subjetividade, refletindo, em seguida, a possibilidade da emergência de uma militância da diferença. A reflexão em questão busca um deslocamento da discussão do binômio heterossexual/homossexual para dentro do próprio grupo de pessoas que praticam uma sexualidade não-convencional. Como material ilustrativo e complementar da pesquisa bibliográfica foi realizado um estudo de caso mediante entrevista semi-dirigida com um militante do Grupo Arco-Íris, instituição de luta pelos direitos de lésbicas, gueis, bissexuais e transgêneros (LGBT), localizada na cidade do Rio de Janeiro. O trabalho utiliza como referência teórica os pensadores da Diferença, dentre eles, Michael Foucault, Gilles Deleuze, Judith Butler e Suely Rolnik. Sobre a história do movimento LGBT brasileiro, tomou-se como principal referência o autor João Silvério Trevisan. Nas considerações finais, a sustentação do paradoxo: a permanência da referência identitária em convívio com a sua problematização e a possibilidade do advento de outras lógicas além do binarismo oposicionista. Uma lógica do múltiplo, onde conviveriam ideias as mais contraditórias possíveis. Essa atitude é o que caracterizaria, portanto, uma militância da diferença. Palabras clave Identidade Sexualidade Militância Diferença ABSTRACT FROM IDENTITY REFERENCE TO THE MULTIPLICITY: FOR A MILITANCY OF THE DIFFERENCE This paper aims to describe and discuss the level of visible and invisible war of sexual identities and their consequences in terms of production of subjectivity, reflecting, then the possibility of the emergence of a militancy of the difference. The discussion in question seeks a shift of the discussion of the binomial heterosexual/homosexual himself into the group of people who practice a non-conventional sexuality. As illustrative material and complementary to the literature search was conducted a case study through semi-directed with a militant group Arco-Iris, institution fighting for the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT), located in Rio de Janeiro. The work uses as a reference theoretical thinkers of difference, among them Michel Foucault, Gilles Deleuze, Judith Butler and Suely Rolnik. On the history of the LGBT movement in Brazil, was taken as main reference the author João Silvério Trevisan. At last, the support of the paradox: the permanence of identity reference to living with its problematization and the possibility of the advent of other logic beyond the binary opposition. A logic of multiple, living where the most contradictory ideas as possible. This attitude is what characterizes, therefore, a militancy of the difference.
