Este trabajo se enmarca en una investigación que se propone describir y conceptualizar el Plan Nacional de Acompañamiento y Asistencia Integral a los Querellantes y Testigos víctimas del terrorismo de Estado implementado por la Secretaría de Derechos Humanos de la Nación en los juicios contra el terrorismo de Estado en Argentina reabiertos en 2003. Su objetivo particular es describir y conceptualizar el dispositivo de acompañamiento que ha implementado dicho Plan, dando cuenta del rol del psicólogo en él. Las técnicas de producción de datos fueron: un análisis documental de las publicaciones del Plan y una entrevista en profundidad a su coordinadora. Se describe el proceso de creación de un dispositivo que busca garantizar los derechos de las víctimas de una forma integral, diferenciándose de la mera protección a testigos. En las conclusiones se destaca la necesidad de abordar esta problemática teniendo en cuenta las particularidades que diferencian la situación de los testigos-víctimas del terrorismo de Estado de cualquier otro tipo de testigos. Se define al rol del psicólogo en el acompañamiento como el del abordaje de la dimensión subjetiva del proceso que implica “dar testimonio”, planteándose asimismo la imposibilidad de que mantenga una posición de neutralidad. Palabras clave Acompañamiento Terrorismo de Estado Testigo Víctima ABSTRACT THE CREATION OF A SUPPORT METHOD FOR WITNESSES WHO ARE VICTIMS OF STATE TERRORISM This work is part of a research that describes and conceptualizes the National Plan of Support and Comprehensive Assistance to Plaintiffs and Witnesses who are Victims of State Terrorism, which was implemented by the Human Rights´ National Secretariat during the trials against state terrorism in Argentina that were reopened in 2003. Its aims are to describe and conceptualize the support method focusing on the role played by the psychologist in it. Data was produced by a documentary study and an interview made to the National Plan coordinator. This work describes the process of creation of the above-mentioned method, distinguishing it from a usual witness protection program. The conclusions show the need of taking into account the particular situation of this group of witnesses, considering the differences between them and any other kind of witnesses. The psychologist in this method is the one who takes into account the subjective dimension of the testifying process. Key words Support State terrorism Witness Victim
