Insomnio, negación a alimentarse, irritabilidad, berrinches…son algunos de los indicios de sufrimiento psíquico que se presentan en la infancia. Estas manifestaciones, más allá de su estatuto sintomal y de su multideterminación pueden corresponderse a desórdenes en la regulación afectiva. La clínica en primera infancia nos encuentra superponiendo la observación de las interacciones fundantes del psiquismo y las inferencias nunca observables y solo resignificables en el interjuego fantasmático entre el psiquismo parental y las inscripciones en los hijos. Se presentará el caso clínico de una niña de 2 años y 8 meses con alguna de estas problemáticas, que había participado a los 6 meses de una muestra de investigación sobre regulación afectiva y autorregulación en el primer año de vida, acreditada y subsidiada por la Asociación Psicoanalítica Internacional (IPA) y la Secretaría de Ciencia y Técnica de la UBA (UBACyT) Se proyectarán imágenes obtenidas de grabaciones en video de situaciones interactivas cara a cara y juego libre con juguetes. Relacionaremos los conceptos de autorregulación y autoerotismo como estructurantes del psiquismo, procesos posibilitados por la presencia ligadora del adulto. Además, trabajaremos sobre los tiempos de estructuración psíquica y sus efectos en la producción de las manifestaciones sintomales de la niña presentada. Palabras clave Clínica en primera infancia ABSTRACT EARLY INTERVENTIONS IN THE CLINIC INFANCY Insomniac, lost of appetite, irritation, bad-temper.. are some of the signs of psychic suffering that could appear during the childhood. These manifestations, beyond their symptom-state and their multidetermination, could be related to a disorder in affective regulation. We are going to introduce the clinic case of a two year old and eight months girl with some of these problems, who had already been participating when she was six months old in an investigation about affective regulation and auto regulation in the first year of life. This research had been acreditated and subsidiated by IPA (International Psychoanalitical Association) and the Science and Technic Secretary of UBA (UBACyT). We are going to show images that come from video records in which we can see mothers with their babies in a face to face interaction and free play with toys. Also, we are going to connect auto regulation and autoerotism. These concepts are presented as psyche structuring and are processes that are possible because of the ligament presence of the adult. Besides, we are going to work on the times of psyche structuration and its effects on the production of sympton’ s manifestations of the girl already mentioned. Key words Clinic Infancy
