Este trabajo se propone relacionar ciertos aspectos del material clínico surgido en las entrevistas diagnósticas de niños y niñas con dificultades atencionales, analizar comparativamente algunos resultados y plantear conclusiones de la investigación que desarrollé en el marco de la beca doctoral UBACyT (2003-2007) acerca de los “Aspectos histórico-libidinales en niños y niñas con problemas en sus aprendizajes que manifiestan dificultades atencionales”. El supuesto del cual se parte es que no existen niños que no atiendan en lo absoluto, que de lo que se tratará es de indagar en dónde ubican su atención los niños señalados como desatentos. El interrogante central de la investigación fue si era posible hallar puntos en común tanto en los antecedentes históricos manifestados por los padres, como en las producciones realizadas por los niños en el contexto transferencial. Las conclusiones principales fueron que existía una estrecha ligazón de las dificultades atencionales con las historias libidinales. Se hallaron modalidades a predominio de la desinvestidura y la preponderancia de situaciones traumáticas vivenciadas por las diferentes generaciones que el psiquismo prefiere mantener desligadas, incluso a costa del empobrecimiento subjetivo y las dificultades para simbolizar. ANALYSIS OF RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS This paper tries to conect certain aspects of clinical material emerged from the diagnostic interviews of boys and girls with attentional difficulties, analyze comparatively some results and propose findings of the investigation developed by me in the framework of the doctoral scholarship UBACyT (2003-2007) about: “Historical and libidinal aspects in both, girls and boys with learning disabilities that demonstrate attentional difficulties”. The main assumption of the investigation is, that there is no child that doesn’t pay attention at all, and on this basis, the objective is to find out where the attention is located. The principal question of the investigation was whether if it was possible to find out coincidences in both the historical background expressed by parents, as in the productions of children in the transferential context. The main finding was that there is a close bond between the attentional difficulties and the libidinal stories. There were also found modalities of functioning characterized by predominance of withdrawal of investment and the preponderance of traumatic situations experienced by different generations that the psyche prefers to keep divorced, even at the expense of the subjective impoverishment and the difficulties to symbolize.
