Este trabajo se plantea en el contexto de un estudio histórico más amplio, referido a esa trama en construcción de las prácticas que abordan la psicopatología de la infancia, en Buenos Aires, entre 1880 y 1920. Nos centramos en las principales instituciones que empiezan a abocarse a esa problemática, por parte de la asistencia ligada a la beneficencia, y recortamos las prácticas que se esbozan como predecesoras de aquellas que se constituirán con mayor nitidez en la primera mitad del Siglo XX. Y en ese borde entre asistencia social, política educativa y control normativo de la niñez, por un lado, y su atención médico-psicológica por aquellos años, anotaremos algunos puntos de conjunción, de conflicto, y de quiebre. Resumen en Inglés This work appears in the most wide context of a study historical, recounted to this plot in construction of the practices that approach the psycopathology of the infancy, in Buenos Aires, between 1880 and 1920. We centre on the principal institutions that start dedicating to this problematics, on the part of the assistance tied to the welfare, and cut away the practices that are outlined like preceding of those that will be constituted by major brightness in the first half of the 20th century. In this edge between (among) social assistance, educational politics and normative control of the childhood, on the one hand, and your medical - psychological attention those years, we will annotate some points of conjunction, of conflict, and of fail.
