Este trabajo presenta algunas consideraciones en torno a la experiencia de recuperación de la fábrica "Brukman”. Se trata de un grupo de obreros/as - en su mayoría mujeres - que frente al cierre de la fábrica textil donde trabajaban, deciden ocuparla y continuar su producción de modo autogestivo. Esta ocupación fue discontinua con desalojos de por medio. Luego de haber atravesado por una compleja situación legal, actualmente han conformado una cooperativa de trabajo. En el presente trabajo se analizan las transformaciones subjetivas que han ido produciéndose en este proceso. Se considera que la situación de autogestión y de lucha colectiva son los motores principales que impulsaron estas transformaciones y posibilitaron el tránsito a la autonomía. Entre ellas se destaca la dimensión política de su subjetividad, y las cuestiones de genero, en tanto esta lucha transforma sus vidas, redefiniendo sus roles tanto en lo público como en lo privado. Resumen en Inglés This paper presents some considerations about the experience of recovering Brukman factory. It is about a group of workers –mostly women– that, facing the closure of the textile factory where they work, decide to occupy it and to continue with its production in a self-managing way, Their occupation was intermitent, cause they was dislodge in several times. After have gone thruogh a complex legal situation, actually they have formed a worker´s cooperative. In the present paper are analized the subjective transformations produced during this process. Considering that the situation of self-management and collective fight are the main motivations that pushed these transformations and made possible the transition to autonomy. Among them are underlined the political dimension of subjectivity and gender matters, meanwhile this fight transforms their lives, redefining their roles both in the public and private space as well.
