El Programa de Psicología Clínica para Adolescentes que se desarrolla en la Regional Sur de la U.B.A, asiste a adolescentes de 15 a 26 años. En el trabajo clínico con estos adolescentes se observa que presentan una asistencia irregular a los grupos terapéuticos. Centramos nuestro interés en el estudio de los pacientes en tratamiento para saber algo más acerca de las características vinculares de esta población, sus vicisitudes y la capacidad de apego. Presentamos un estudio epidemiológico acerca de los niveles de adherencia al tratamiento de la población clínica atendida entre los años 2002-2003. Entendemos por adherencia a la capacidad de los pacientes para establecer un grado de compromiso con la psicoterapia propuesta. Se discriminan 3 niveles de Adherencia: Alto, Medio y Bajo. Se establecen sus diferencias en cada una de las fases: adolescencia temprana, media y tardía. La muestra comprende 95 pacientes. Se utilizó como instrumento una base de datos por medio de la cual se obtiene el porcentaje de asistencia de cada uno de los pacientes. Las diferencias obtenidas se analizan con el programa estadístico SPSS. Se obtiene como resultado que cada fase evolutiva presenta diferentes características de apego al tratamiento. Resumen en Inglés The Clinical Psychology Program for Adolescents conducted at the Regional Sur facilities of University of Buenos Aires (U.B.A) attends adolescents between 15 and 26 years of age. With the purpose of getting additional information about the bond aspects of this group, their vicissitudes and the attachment capacity, we have focused on patients who remain under treatment. By the clinical work conducted with these adolescents it could be observed that they do not attend the therapeutic meetings regularly. We hereby present a global study on the level of adherence to treatment of the clinical group treated during 2002 and 2003. “Adherence” is understood as the capacity patients have in order to establish a degree of commitment with the suggested psychotherapy. Three levels of Adherence may be distinguished: High, Medium and Low. Their differences are determined in each of the stages: early, medium and late adolescence. The presentation includes 95 patients. A database was used to obtain the attendance rate of each one of the patients. The differences obtained were analyzed by the SPSS statistical program.
