Debemos considerar como fenómeno de transferencia cuando un paciente nos dedica algo, dedicatoria explícita o implícita, pero debemos estar atentos a aquello que el paciente trae y hace. Las situaciones que reproduce en el consultorio tienen su paralelo en aquello que generan por fuera del mismo en sus vínculos y relaciones sociales. Aquello que trae el paciente no sólo en referencia a un traer metafórico por vía de la palabra sino también cuando trae cosas al consultorio, literalizando en acto. Tanto la palabra como el acto es factible de ser interpretado, muchas veces resulta imprescindible explicitar aquello que el paciente repite en tratamiento como sin darse cuenta y anoticiarlo de lo que esta haciendo. Es necesario separar lo que el paciente hace y dice, no tomándolo como algo dirigido a nosotros, sino como manera de vincularse y relacionarse en su vida.
