El presente trabajo intenta dar cuenta por un lado, de la posibilidad que inaugura un psicoanálisis de permitirle al sujeto cierto margen de elección o libertad para elegir, que se diferencie de las elecciones ya realizadas en el origen de su constitución (elección forzada, previa a todo mecanismo). Por otro lado, a ubicar los momentos lógicos “electivos” de una cura, donde se entrelazan interpretación - elección - formalización de un síntoma analítico. A partir de una viñeta clínica, de un tratamiento llevado a cabo en nuestro Servicio de Clínica de Adultos en la Sede Avellaneda de la UBA, intentaremos circunscribir, cómo el deseo del analista anudado al decir a medias de la interpretación, efectúa un corte, conmueve un punto de goce, promoviendo en el sujeto la posibilidad de elegir enmarcarse en el trabajo analítico. Es decir, entregando la causa real de su síntoma, el sujeto dará el paso, tomará la decisión de conquistar la posición analizante, circunscribiéndose el síntoma analítico, diferenciándose del síntoma médico, todo ello posibilitado por el trabajo y despliegue de la transferencia. Palabras clave Síntoma Elección Analista Transferencia ABSTRACT FROM MEDICAL SYMPTOM TO ANALYTICAL SYMPTOM: AN ELECTIVE MOMENT IN THE LOGIC OF THE CURE On one side, this research tries to show how psychoanalysis initiates in a person the possibility of allowing him a margin of election or freedom for electing, which differs from elections already made in the origin of his constitution as a person (forced election, previous to any mechanism). On the other side, this research also tries to situate the logical “elective” moments during a cure, where interpretation - election - formalization of analytical symptom are interwoven. As of a treatment carried out in our Adult Clinic Service at UBA´s headquarter in Avellaneda, we will try to circumscribe how the analyst´s desire linked to his half saying interpretation, through the analyst´s act, produces a cut, moves a point of pleasure, causing in the person the possibility of electing to be situated in the analytical work. In other words, the person will take a step giving the real cause of his symptom; he will make the decision of taking a analyzed position circumscribing the analytical symptom, differing from the medical symptom, due to the work and development of the transfer.
