Allí, se anuncia una Spaltung y se anticipa, con la nota sobre el fetichismo, que el término Verleugnung aparece en ese momento ejemplar de la hendidura irreductible del sujeto. Sin embargo, en el escrito publicado se ha perdido toda referencia con la “desintegración”, la “escisión” y la “hendidura” del Ich, que surgen en el documento del borrador, y con la nota sobre el fetiche, que acompaña el manuscrito de la copia en limpio. Lo real provoca su propio desconocimiento. Y así, la relación del “desmentido con lo real es cierta”. Tan innegable que en Moisés, para Freud, la confrontación con el saber inconsciente está sellada por una Verleugnung constitutiva, que alcanza al propio analista. Hay algo de lo real que, irremediablemente, no se sabe y lo “no-reconocido” escribe la falla del saber.
