Se abordará el problema de la inseguridad desde el análisis institucional o esquizoanálisis, utilizando la “crítica local” de “El Periódico” y haciendo uso de algunas herramientas teóricas propuestas por la reflexión de Deleuze - Guattari y Esther Díaz para analizar el uso de la categoría representación.
