Plantear el tema del origen implica la necesidad de contemplar intersecciones de discursos que se sustentan en diferentes nociones de sujeto. El trabajo intenta mostrar esa dificultad tomando en cuenta ciertos mecanismos que producen la inscripción de lo viviente en el campo de lo humano. Para ello se recurre a algunos elementos provenientes del entramado jurídico y a algunas formalizaciones que propone el psicoanálisis. Por las mismas vías se recorre la diferencia entre autonomía y división subjetiva, y entre identidad e identificación. Se plantea que el origen se instituye de manera ficcional a través de la palabra sin que por ello pierda su carácter de verdad, y se muestran sus efectos en la clínica por medio de un caso de filiación adoptiva. Palabras clave Origen Inscripción Ficción Filiación ABSTRACT FOUNDATION OF THE ORIGIN To raise the matter of origin implies the need to consider intersections of speech that are based on different psychological notions of subject. This work tries to show that difficulty taking into account certain mechanisms that produce the inscription of the living in the field of the human. To that end, we resort to some elements of the judicial framework and to some formalizations proposed by the psychoanalysis. Through those same channels we see the difference between autonomy and subjective division and between identity and identification. It is explained that the origin is instituted in a fictional way through the speech, notwithstanding its truth nature, and its effects are shown in the clinic through a case of filiation by adoption.
