La presente comunicación forma parte de la producción de un Grupo de investigación de la Facultad de Psicología, de la Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata, denominado “Factores psicológicos en la constitución de la moralidad. Instituciones y posiciones subjetivas”, en el que se desarrollan proyectos de investigación que tienen como tema principal las relaciones entre los sujetos y los discursos normativos. Nos interesa aquí centrarnos en la posición que adoptan y los argumentos que sostienen aquellos que encarnan el lugar de Otro, en este caso la posición de padres. Para ello realizamos una breve referencia a los resultados del trabajo de investigación “Ley, sanción y familia. Una investigación sobre los modos de transmisión parentales de la ley”. Dicho proyecto se dirige a estudiar las respuestas que padres de dos generaciones 25-35 y 55-65 dan al instrumento Perfiles de Estilos Educativos (Magaz Lago, A. y García Pérez, E. M., 1998), y a situaciones moralmente dilemáticas en las cuales se les pregunta como reaccionarían ante ciertas “faltas” de sus hijos. Se anexa la generación de 35-45 que fue abordada en una investigación previa. Palabras clave Familia Subjetivización Sanción Ley ABSTRACT LAW, SANCTION AND FAMILY This paper is part of the production of a psychology’s investigation group of the National University of Mar del Plata, named “psychology and morality”. In the mentioned group we developed different projects that has as s main problem the relations between individuals and normative’s speeches. Our interest in this paper is to focus in the position that adopt and the arguments that support those who take the place of Other, in this case the parents. In that purpose we realized a brief reference to the results of the investigation’s work “Law, sanction and family. An investigation about the modes of parent’s transmition of the law”. Our investigations studies the answers that parent between 25 and 35 years; and between 55 and 56 years give of the instrument Perfiles de Estilos Educativos (Magaz Lago, A. y García Pérez, E. M., 1998), and to four moral situations in which we ask them how they would react confronting some faults of their children. We also comment here the answers of parents between 35 and 45 years that where taken in a previous investigation. Key words Family Subjectivisation Sanction Law
