El presente trabajo se enmarca en el Proyecto de Investigación (UBACyT P431): Variables jurídicas en la práctica psicológica: sistematización de cuestiones éticas, clínicas y deontológicas a través de un estudio exploratorio descriptivo. Se propone indagar acerca del encuentro entre el ideal de eficacia que subyace a los discursos institucionales (jurídico, médico, social, cultural, de los derechos humanos, etc.) y las variables propias de la dimensión clínica de la práctica psicológica, relacionadas al caso singular. El objetivo es situar los problemas éticos que se presentan y analizar de qué manera dicho discurso influye en la posición del profesional. Con este propósito, se realiza un recorrido a través de algunos casos relevados en el proceso de investigación, que permiten identificar las cuestiones involucradas en la problemática mencionada y las situaciones dilemáticas a las que el profesional se enfrenta. This paper takes place within the framework of the research project (UBACyT P431): Juridical variables in the psychological practice. Systematization of the ethical, clinical and deontological issues through an exploratory descriptive study. It aims at studying the encounter between the ideal of effectiveness that underlies the institutional speeches (legal, medical, social, cultural, the human rights, etc) and the clinical dimension of the psychological practice, related to the singular case. The objective is to recognize the ethical problems that arise, and to analyze how this particular speech affects the position of the professional. To this end, we introduce some of the cases studied in the research process, which allow us to identify some of the issues involved in the aforementioned problem, and the dilemmatic situations that professionals might face.
