Los casos de maltrato entre pares son cada vez más frecuentes. Las aulas se han convertido en verdaderos campos de batalla, donde la dinámica de bullying se sostiene por la ausencia de voces que intervengan desde la denuncia y el compromiso de cambio. Investigaciones en este campo hacen referencia a la necesidad de valorar el significado que los testigos de estas situaciones les confieren a las mismas. En el presente trabajo se analizó la incidencia y las manifestaciones del maltrato entre pares en el Nivel Polimodal de la ciudad de Mar del Plata. El objetivo central de la investigación fue valorar la actitud que presentan los testigos, teniendo como hipótesis que la misma no favorece la denuncia e intervención. Para comprobar lo expuesto se construyó, validó y aplicó una escala Likert y un cuestionario cerrado a 764 estudiantes. El análisis efectuado permitió confirmar la hipótesis y analizar las posibles razones que impiden la denuncia e intervención de los testigos. Los datos obtenidos permitieron elaborar un programa de prevención e intervención del bullying. El mismo pretende ser un modelo válido e innovador de abordaje considerando a los testigos como punto de quiebre de la dinámica de bullying. The classrooms have turned into real battlefields, where the bullying dynamics is supported by the absence of voices that should intervene from the denunciation and the commitment of change. Investigations in this field refer to the need to value the meaning that the witnesses of these situations award the same ones. In the present work there were analyzed the incident and the manifestations of the bullying in the Polymodal Level of the city of Mar del Plata. The central goal of the research was to value the attitude that the witnesses present, having as hypothesis that the same one does not favor the denunciation and intervention.To verify the exposed thing it was constructed, validated and applied a Likert scale and a questionnaire to 764 students.
