Se transmiten resultados de una investigación con sujetos que consumen drogas realizada en el Centro Interdisciplinario de Servicios (CIS) de la Facultad de Ciencias Humanas de la Universidad Nacional de San Luis. El objetivo general fue aportar a la elaboración de un modelo metapsicológico que permita describir, analizar y explicar las características psicodinámicas del funcionamiento psíquico del paciente adicto, y proponer las modalidades de intervenciones clínicas posibles que se corresponden. Los objetivos específicos abarcaron al paciente, al terapeuta y al tratamiento. Se siguió la metodología de la investigación clínica, con un diseño descriptivo-explicativo, con estrategia de estudio de casos. Se describen los instrumentos utilizados. La Unidad de Análisis (focal o de anclaje) fueron los casos clínicos (Psicodiagnóstico y Proceso Psicoterapéutico) de sujetos que han realizado consultas espontáneas o por derivación. Se consideraron variables a partir del paciente y de la intervención psicoterapéutica. El procedimiento abarcó la descripción del funcionamiento psíquico de los pacientes seleccionados, el análisis del material clínico y la articulación, para su explicación, con conceptos teóricos psicoanalíticos. Se completaron las etapas de codificación del material clínico, categorización, relación, integración y modelización. Se elaboró una Clasificación de los Pacientes Adictos a drogas, útil para analizar la variedad con que se presenta el fenómeno clínico de la drogadependencia. DRUG-ABUSE PATIENTS STUDY Results from an investigation with grud consumers made at the Interdisciplinary Services Centre, Human Sciences Faculty, National University of San Luis are shown. The aim was to contribute to the ellaboration of a metapsychological model which allows to describe, analyze, and explain the psychodinamical characteritics of psyche functioning in the abusing patient, as well as to propose the corresponding clinical interventions modalities. Spectific aims were about the patient, the therapist, and the treatment. The clinical investigation method was followed, with a descriptive-explaining design, in a case study strategy. Tools used are described. The Analysis Unit (focal or anchorage) were the clinical cases (Psychodiagnosis and Psychotherapeutic Process) of subjects who made spontaneous consultations o that were referred. Variables were considered from the patient and the psychotherapeutic intervention. Procedure included the psyche functioning description in selected patients, the clinical material analysis, and articulation for their explanation with psychoanalitical theoretical concepts. The coding, asessment, relation, integration, and modelation stages of the clinical material were completed. An Adicted to drugs Patients Clasification was ellaborated which is usefull to analyze the variety with which the clinical phenomenon of drug-adiction is shown.
