En este trabajo se realizan puntuaciones sobre la cuestión del padecimiento en la anorexia mental, estableciendo diferencias por la connotación subjetiva del síntoma que presenta a diferencia del síntoma en la neurosis de transferencia. En las últimas representa placer para una instancia y displacer para la otra, recurriendo a la antigua proposición freudiana. En la anorexia no se avizora atisbo de displacer en torno al síntoma. El dispositivo analítico clásico no funciona dado que la angustia no se presentifica. El rechazo alimentario es garante del deseo, pero a condición de quebrar equilibrios vitales del cuerpo. Otra intervención más allá del dispositivo clásico es precisa. Se analizan diversas intervenciones. Palabras clave Anorexia mental Síntoma Otro ABSTRACT WHO SUFFERS IN MENTAL ANOREXIA? Abstract In this work points are made over the question of suffering in mental anorexia by establishing differences for the symptom subjective connotation presented, different to the symptom in the transference neurosis. In the last ones, the symptom represents on one hand pleasure, and discomfort on the other, according to the former Freudian proposition. In anorexia no prying of discomfort concerning the symptom is watched. The classic analytical device does not work since the distress is not presented. Food rejection is a guarantor of desire, but on condition of breaking the body vital balances. Another intervention beyond the classic device is needed. Diverse interventions are analyzed.
