El trabajo presenta dos fragmentos clínicos correspondientes a dos adolescentes de quince años que sufrieron abuso sexual intrafamiliar en la infancia y los efectos psíquicos que tal suceso ocasionó. Plantea los interrogantes que motivaron el deseo de investigar sobre esta temática, entre ellos, la necesidad o no de tratamiento psicológico para el niño y/o sus padres, momento pertinente para realizarlo, abordajes terapéuticos más adecuados. Se presumen diferencias tanto en la inscripción psíquica de la genitalidad, como en que ésta sea una experiencia subjetivante, entre los adolescentes que han padecido o no abuso sexual en la infancia. I This work shows two fragments of clinical cases about two fifteen years’ adolescents victims of sexual abuse within the family and during childhood, and the psychological effects due to such event/s. It states the questions that motivated to investigate on the subject, such as the need or not of psychological treatment for the child and/or parents, the adecquate timing for the treatment and most adecquated therapeutic methods. It is assumed that there are some differences on the psychological inscription of genital sexuality and the same as a genuine and singular experience whether the adolescents have been sexually abused or not during childhood.
