En el marco del proyecto de investigación Presencia del Discurso Psicológico en la Representación de los Cuadros Clínicos de las Publicaciones Periódicas e Historias Clínicas de la Psiquiatría Argentina en los Años 1900-1955 se ha trabajado con los diagnósticos y diseños de fichas, historias clínicas y registros de Archivos clínicos comprendidos entre los años 1900-1957. El presente trabajo está centrado en el análisis de una publicación: el archivo estadístico de casos clínicos de la Colonia Cabred publicado en 1920 por Fernando Gorriti con el nombre Anamnésis de 5.000 enfermos mentales clasificados. El objetivo del trabajo será identificar bajo que supuesto etiológico el autor agrupa y clasifica los diagnósticos de dicho archivo. Se comparan los datos encontrados con las referencias teóricas acerca de las causas de la alienación que corresponden al mismo contexto histórico. Por otra parte se intenta delimitar en que medida han influido las causas sociales y morales en la elaboración de dichos diagnósticos. There is compared the information met the theoretical references it brings over of the reasons of the alienation that correspond to the same historical context. On the other hand it is tried to delimit in that measured they have influenced the social and moral reasons in the elaboration of the above mentioned diagnoses.
