Este trabajo se inserta en el marco del Proyecto de Investigación PROINPSI: “Variaciones de la afectación del cuerpo en el ser hablante: del trauma de lalengua a las respuestas subjetivas”, dirigida por Luján Iuale. Dado que el organismo con el que nace el ser hablante devendrá cuerpo a partir de su atravesamiento por el Otro de lalengua, nos proponemos pensar los avatares propios de esa operación y su relación con los discursos que imperan en la época. Partiendo de la evidencia clínica de los cambios generados en la relación del sujeto con los ideales, y con los objetos que la ciencia y la tecnología promovieron en la sociedad actual, nos proponemos investigar los lazos existentes entre síntoma y actualidad; es decir, indagar la incidencia que el Otro de la cultura contemporánea -tal como lo conceptualiza el Psicoanálisis- ejerce en la formación de síntomas. As well as the organism with which the parlêtre is born will develop a body only if language pierces it, we propose to think about the special vicissitudes of this operation and its relation with the discourses that prevail nowadays. Based on clinical evidence of the changes generated in the relation between the Subject with the Ideals, and with the objects that science and technology promoted in the current society; we propose to investigate the existing bonds between symptom and modern age; meaning to investigate the incidence that the Other of contemporary culture - as the Psychoanalysis conceptualizes it - practises in the formation of symptoms.
