En el presente trabajo realizaremos un recorrido que parte de la dilucidación freudiana del sentimiento de culpa como la percepción interna de haber cedido en el deseo, para luego interrogar el estatuto inconsciente de este sentimiento de culpa, que se deja entrever tempranamente en la obra freudiana, y que siempre aparece como índice negativo de un deseo inconciliable o de un goce rechazado por el sujeto.Abordaremos diversas manifestaciones que puede tener el sentimiento inconsciente de culpa mudo para el sujeto, los límites de la interpretación freudiana ante la reacción terapéutica negativa y el obstáculo del superyó para la clínica a través de una novedosa propuesta del filósofo G. Agamben. Luego avanzaremos sobre los tratamientos posibles que el psicoanálisis ofrece desde una perspectiva que encuentra su resorte en el Seminario de La ética del psicoanálisis de Jacques Lacan, para remover esos obstáculos discernidos por Freud con los que nos encontramos en nuestro horizonte clínico, a partir, fundamentalmente, de la vía del acto y la realización del deseo como uno de los destinos de la pulsión. Palabras clave Sentimiento inconsciente de culpa, Superyó, Goce, Pulsión, Deseo ABSTRACT IMPASSES OF THE UNCONSCIOUS GUILT FEELING This work is an itinerary that begins with Freud’s explanation of the unconscious guilt feeling as the inner perception of having given up on the desire, to therefore question the unconscious status of this guilt feeling, which can be sighted at an early stage of the Freudian work, and always appears as a negative index of an irreconcilable desire or a jouissance rejected by the subject. We will approach several manifestations that the silent unconscious guilt feeling can have for the subject, the limits of the Freudian interpretation of the negative therapeutic reac-tion and the obstacle of the superego in the practice through a novel proposal of the philosopher G. Agamben. We will then move on towards the possible treatments offered by psychoa-nalysis after Lacan’s seminar The Ethics of Psychoanalysis in order to remove those obstacles explained by Freud and found in the horizon of our practice, mainly through the notion of act and desire realization as one of the aims of the drive.
