Se presentan aquí reflexiones producidas en el marco de la Tesis de Maestría en Psicología Social Comunitaria: “Prácticas autogestivas, relaciones sociales y subjetividad: La experiencia del Bachillerato Popular para Jóvenes y Adultos en IMPA, empresa recuperada”. Los BPJA se asientan en principios que buscan dar lugar a proyectos alternativos en educación, se constituyen como espacios vinculados a las problemáticas socioeducativas y comunitarias de la población a la que están dirigidos. Se organizan y funcionan de forma autogestiva y favorecen procesos educativos que interpelan los saberes, las modalidades pedagógicas, las relaciones y las prácticas sociales instituidas. En esta oportunidad se hará hincapié en la organización, en algunos criterios y estrategias desde los cuales las/os docentes llevan adelante su labor y el trabajo con las/os estudiantes. Se pondrá de manifiesto cómo habilitan sentidos y prácticas escolares que intentan revertir las trayectorias con que llegan las/os estudiantes, la mayoría expulsados del sistema formal. Ello requiere generar condiciones de pertenencia y filiación con el espacio educativo, ponderando y fortaleciendo la participación y el pensamiento crítico. Se trata de una experiencia que, en tanto potencia el funcionamiento de lógicas colectivas autogestivas, abre condiciones de posibilidad para recomponer los lazos sociales. Palabras clave Proyectos educativos, Autogestión, Lazo social, Subjetividad ABSTRACT PEDAGOGICAL DEVICES AND COLLECTIVE PRODUCTION: POPULAR HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMAS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS IMPA Here we present the reflections produced under the Master’s Thesis in Social Community Psychology:“Practice self-management,social relations and subjectivity: The experience of the Popular School for Youth and Adults in IMPA, recovered factories”.The BPJA are based on principles that seek to rise to alternative projects in education, they are constitute as linked spaces to the socio-educational and community problems of the population they are targeted. They are organized and operate in a self-management way, promoting educational processes that challenge knowledge, teaching methods, relationships and instituted social practices. On this opportunity emphasis will be placed in the organization, in some criteria and strategies from which the teachers carry out their work and the work with the students. It will become clear how this enables the meaning and school practices that tries to reverse the trajectory of the students, most of them expelled of the formal system. This requires creating conditions of membership and affiliation with the educational space, assessing and strengthening the participation and critical thinking. It is an experience that, while it powers the operation of self-management collective logic, opens conditions to the possibility to rebuild social bonds.
