Diversas investigaciones han comenzado a darle una nueva mirada al miedo al delito; ya no vinculada únicamente con los hechos sufridos, denominado “Miedo Concreto” como consecuencia objetiva al resultar víctima de un acto violento, sino en relación a variables subjetivas concretas que conforman una amenaza lejana y general, en relación a riesgos indeterminados. (Ruiz Pérez, 2007). Esta distinción, presenta resultados muy diversos en las investigaciones realizadas mediante encuestas por el grupo GIPJURI, en las cuales se muestra la gran distancia que existe entre el miedo difuso y los hechos violentos sufridos. A la vez que evidencian relaciones de interés con la “Cultura Ciudadana” (Llarull, 2012). Se intenta en este trabajo, conocer las posibles relaciones entre el Miedo, Concreto y Difuso, y los componentes de la Cultura Ciudadana, entendiéndose por tal, a un tipo de dinámica comunitaria, donde se destaca el cumplimiento voluntario de las normas del espacio público, una actitud de participación en la actividad política y de respeto hacia los demás vecinos (Ruiz, 2007) Palabras clave Miedo al delito, Miedo concreto, Miedo difuso, Cultura ciudadana ABSTRACT FEAR OF CRIME AND ITS RELATIONS WITH THE CITIZEN CULTURE Several investigations have begun to give a new look at the fear of crime; no longer linked only with the facts suffered, called “Specific Fear” as consequence to be the victim of a violent act, but also in relation to subjective variables that represents a distant threat in relation to indeterminate risks.
