A través de esta presentación se exponen avances de un proyecto de investigación, que se propone conocer cómo se configura el campo discursivo de la bioética actual, cómo se despliegan los significantes que atraviesan dicho campo y cómo se entrelazan y yuxtaponen distintos discursos en torno a los nuevos derechos civiles promulgados durante la última década en Argentina. En este marco, el trabajo sobre el discurso jurídico, permitió focalizar ciertos cambios que la sociedad argentina viene experimentando. Me refiero, por un lado, a la apropiación ciudadana de los derechos humanos, en un sentido amplio, progresivo y no restrictivo. Por el otro, a nivel legislativo, al reconocimiento de demandas y reivindicaciones ciudadanas que quedaron incorporadas con fuerza de ley al aparato jurídico, como la Ley de Matrimonio Civil, Identidad de Género, Reproducción Médicamente Asistida, Muerte Digna, sumándose a las mismas la sanción del nuevo Código Civil y Comercial. En esta instancia el foco estará puesto en la autonomía como derecho fundamental, para analizar cómo se plasma en las nuevas legislaciones, la impronta que adquiere a partir de los nuevos derechos civiles, para esclarecer y reflexionar finalmente sobre las implicancias que esto tiene en el campo profesional de la salud mental. Palabras clave Autonomía, Derechos, Salud Mental, Profesion ABSTRACT AUTONOMY IN THE NEW CIVIL RIGHTS IN ARGENTINA AND ITS IMPLICATIONS IN THE PROFESSIONAL FIELD OF MENTAL HEALTH Through this presentation progress of a research project which aims to identify how the discursive field of the current bioethics is configured, how significant that cross this field and how to unfold and intertwine juxtapose different discourses around exposed to the new civil rights enacted during the last decade in Argentina. In this context, work on legal discourse, targeting certain changes that allowed the Argentina society is experiencing. I mean, on the one hand, public ownership of human rights in a broad, progressive and not restrictive. On the other, at the legislative level, the recognition of claims and citizen demands that were incorporated as law the legal system, such as the Law on Civil Marriage, Gender Identity, Playing Medically Assisted, Death with Dignity, adding to the same sanction the new Civil and Commercial Code. In this instance the focus will be on autonomy as a fundamental right, to analyze how is reflected in the new legislation, the imprint that acquires from the new civil rights, to clarify and ultimately reflect on the implications this has on the field mental health professional.
