Durante los últimos años se ha multiplicado el impulso normativo tanto a nivel nacional, regional, como internacional para la mejora en la respuesta de los Estados ante este tipo de vulneraciones, a partir fundamentalmente del enfoque de derechos de la infancia establecido en la Convención sobre los Derechos del Niño. En el presente trabajo se recorren algunos de los dilemas en la intervención en abuso sexual, de la relevancia de la credibilidad y validez del relato, el reconocimiento del abuso como un delito y su reconocimiento social para facilitar y permitir el procesamiento en el psiquismo de la víctima. El profesional interviniente debe acomodarse ante el desdoblamiento en tanto sujetos jurídicos y el sujeto de la clínica. Se advierte que el rol y la función del psicólogo muchas veces no coinciden, existiendo así, un entrecruzamiento, entre las prácticas jurídicas y las prácticas psicológicas. No debemos minimizar el impacto que tiene en la clínica lo que suceda con el sujeto jurídico. The professional participant must make him self comfortable before the un folding as juridical subjects and the subject of the clinic. It is noted that the role and function of the psychologist often do not match, and there, a crossover between legal practices and psychological practices.
