El trabajo reúne las elaboraciones realizadas por dos “psicólogas en formación”, a partir de su experiencia en la Práctica de Investigación “Psicología y Educación: Los Psicólogos y su Participación en Comunidades de Práctica y Aprendizaje Situado”, coordinada por la Prof. Mgter. Cristina Erausquin, en la Carrera de Licenciatura en Psicología de la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad de Buenos Aires. El objetivo del trabajo es analizar las representaciones que construyen los Actores Sociales sobre la Evaluación, el Fracaso Escolar y el Rol del Estado, explorando el intercambio discursivo entre profesor y alumnos, la cultura organizacional y la construcción del Lazo Social en Primer Año de Escuela Media, en una institución educativa de gestión privada religiosa de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Los resultados obtenidos permitirán expandir la comprensión del rol del Estado y de la Evaluación en la construcción del Lazo Social, en relación a la problemática del Fracaso Escolar en el Primer Año de la Escuela Secundaria, a partir de las perspectivas desplegadas por los Agentes Educativos. The aim of this study is to analyze the representations that construct the Social Partners on the evaluation, School Failure and the Role of the State, exploring the discursive exchange between teacher and students, the organizational culture and the construction of the social bond in First Year of Middle School in a religious private of management school of Ciudad de Buenos Aires The results allow to expand the understanding of the role of the State and the evaluation in the construction of the social bond, in relation to the problem of school failure in the First Year High School, from the perspectives deployed by educational agents.
