El presente trabajo surge de los interrogantes de las prácticas mediación familiar y los aportes del psicoanálisis a las posibles intervenciones del mediador. Se analiza el conflicto en su aspecto estructural y las diferentes formas en que el malestar se manifiesta en la época actual y específicamente en las demandas de los sujetos. El concepto de pulsión se articula al de malestar y la renuncia que la cultura implica. La noción de sujeto del inconsciente que sostiene el psicoanálisis, responsable de sus actos y su decir, posibilita la implicación subjetiva. Las intervenciones del mediador se sostienen, en función de su lugar de tercero, los efectos de transferencia, la escucha particular que ejerce y el lugar de la palabra. Frente a las dificultades que se observan en el lazo social, el aporte del psicoanálisis sobre los vínculos y el conflicto, en su complejidad y dimensión estructural desde la cual se constituyen, permite un abordaje a partir de discriminar qué hay de imposible,que es lo que permite hacer un camino hacia lo posible.La mediación puede contribuir en la construcción o restauración de los lazos. Palabras clave Mediación, Conflicto, Malestar, Implicación subjetiva ABSTRACT CONTRIBUTIONS OF PSYCHOANALYSIS TO FAMILIAR MEDIATION: THE SUBJECTIVE IMPLICATION The present study originates from the questions that emerge on the familiar mediation practices and, also, from the psychoanalysis contributions to the possible interventions. The analysis of the conflict is based on its structural aspect as well as in the different ways in which the discomfort is developed and shown in the actual times and, more specifically, on the subjective demands. The concept of drive is thought in relationship to the concept of discomfort and the resignation that the culture implicates. The concept of subject of the unconscious that psychoanalysis proposes is a subject responsible of its acts and its sayings all of which enables the subjective implications. The mediator interventions are based upon the third position he occupies, the transference effects, the hearing position he takes and the place that is given to the words. After the actual difficulties found on the social bond, psychoanalysis contributes on the bond and conflict, in its complexity and structural dimension from which these are created.This allows the approach based upon the discrimination of that which is impossible and this allows to make a path to the possible. Mediation can contribute on the building and restoration of the bond. Key words Mediations, Conflict, Discomfors, Subjective implication
