Resumen
El estudio de la Alianza Terapéutica (AT) en la eficacia de los tratamientos psicoterapéuticos ha cobrado relevancia. Se observa que existen factores, particularmente, las características y habilidades de los psicoterapeutas que inciden directamente en este vínculo. Por este motivo nos proponemos conocer las características y habilidades de los psicoterapeutas y cómo éstas inciden en la AT, mediante un estudio exploratorio - descriptivo, cuantitativo, con una muestra intencional y no probabilística a constituirse por 50 psicólogos clínicos y 50 usuarios del sistema de salud que hubieran recibido tratamiento psicológico en los últimos 10 años (excluyendo diagnóstico psiquiátrico), con un rango de edad de 18 a 60 años. Se administrarán las siguientes técnicas de recolección de datos: Development of Psychotherapists Common Core Questionnaire (DPCCQ), Therapist’s Work Involvement Scale (TWIS), Working Alliance Inventory - Therapist (WAI-T) y un Cuestionario ad hoc sobre el paciente. Los resultados de las mismas serán analizados utilizando medidas estadísticas descriptivas.

ABSTRACT
STUDY ON THE THERAPEUTIC ALLIANCE AND THE CHARACTERISTICS OF PSYCHOTHERAPISTS IN CABA The study of the therapeutic alliance (TA) in the efficacy of psychotherapeutic treatments has gained importance. It is observed that there are factors, particularly the features and abilities of psychotherapists that directly affect this link. For this reason we propose to know the characteristics and skills of psychotherapists and how they affect the AT through an exploratory - descriptive study, quantitative, with a non-probabilistic intentional sample constituted of 50 clinical psychologists and 50 users of the health system who had received psychological treatment in the past 10 years (excluding psychiatric diagnosis), with an age range of 18-60 years. The following data collection techniques will be administered: Development of Psychotherapists Common Core Questionnaire (DPCCQ) Therapist’s Work Involvement Scale (TWIS), Working Alliance Inventory - Therapist (WAI-T) and an ad hoc questionnaire on the patient.The results of these measures will be analyzed using descriptive statistics.
