Es una investigación sobre el efecto iatrogénico de ciertas medicaciones y las estrategias para lograr la recuperación del paciente. Se plantean las variables psiquiátricas y psicológicas en el cuadro hipostasiado a la patología de base, que generó, no solo un padecimiento y espera, una “souffrance”, sino un proceso tanático en el paciente, que hizo peligrar su vida. The psychiatric and psychological variables are considered in the symtoms hypostatized to the underlying pathology, wich produced, not only suffering and wait, a “souffrance”, but a thanatic process in the patient, wich endangered his life.
