El presente trabajo forma parte de la investigación de Doctorado: “Psicoanálisis e instituciones: lo colectivo en las enseñanzas de Freud y Lacan”. En él haremos un recorrido segmentado de la obra de Fernando Ulloa teniendo en cuenta su lugar fundamental en la historia de la práctica del psicoanálisis vinculado a las instituciones en la Argentina. Partiendo de dicha historia indagaremos, en primer término, cómo Ulloa sitúa una serie de conceptos que modifican ciertas lecturas clásicas de lo colectivo desde el psicoanálisis ampliando los marcos de referencia en relación con las intervenciones posibles. Y observaremos en segundo lugar, cómo, simultáneamente dichos conceptos posibilitan aproximarnos a este contexto de Pandemia mundial y sus posibles y conjeturales efectos en las instituciones. Es decir, cómo estos conceptos posibilitan realizar una lectura del contexto epistémico e histórico social actual. Finalmente arribaremos por ambas vías a la afirmación que encuentra en Ulloa no sólo un lúcido e innovador lector de Freud sino, y haciendo eco de una expresión que él mismo propicia, “un narrador de las instituciones” necesario para comprender esta época. Palabras clave Pandemia - Lo colectivo - Ulloa - Narración - Instituciones ABSTRACT THE PANDEMIC AND THE COLLECTIVE: INSTITUTIONAL EFFECTS CONJECTURED FROM THE TEACHINGS OF FERNANDO ULLOA This work is part of the PhD research: “Psychoanalysis and institutions: the collective in the teachings of Freud and Lacan”. In it we will make a segmented tour of the work of Fernando Ulloa taking into account his fundamental place in the history of the practice of psychoanalysis in Argentina. Building on that history we will investigate, in the first place, how Ulloa places a series of concepts that modify certain classical readings of the collective from psychoanalysis expanding the frames of reference in relation to the possible interventions. And we will observe secondly, how, simultaneously, these concepts make it possible to approach this context of a global pandemic and its possible and conjectural effects on the institutions. That is, how these concepts make it possible to make a reading of the current epistemic and historical social context. Finally we will arrive in both ways to the statement that finds in Ulloa not only a lucid and innovative reader of Freud but, and echoing an expression that he himself propitiates, “a narrator of the institutions” to understand this time.
