En nuestra investigación “Variaciones en la posición judicativa del analizante. Estudio de casos en el Servicio de Clínica psicológica de Adultos en Avellaneda.”, cuyo director es el Dr Gabriel Lombardi, planteamos que existe una actividad judicativa permanente del analizante que se señala en su propio decir y en contrapartida, para que haya análisis, es necesario la suspensión del juicio por parte del analista. En este trabajo nos ocuparemos en situar cómo el juicio puede señalar la posición subjetiva de quien enuncia, advirtiendo diferencias según la estructura clínica de la que se trate. Asimismo propondremos que ciertas variaciones en la posición judicativa pueden orientar al analista en la dirección de la cura. In our research “Variations in the judicative position of the analyser. Studies´cases in the Adult Psychological Clinic Service in Avellaneda” whose director is Dr Gabriel Lombardi, we propose that there is a permanent judicial activity of the analyzer that is indicated in his own saying and on the contrary, for there to be analysis, it is necessary the suspension of the judgment by the analyst. We find in the analyzing judgment that is pointed out in his own saying that prevent him from taking a position in relation to his desire. The judgment then points out the position of the one who enunciates with respect to whose is enunciated. We propose to show the differences in the judicative position of the patient according to its clinical structure, focusing on neurosis and psychosis from the clinical articulation of vignettes extracted from the Psychological Clinic assistance service adults in Avellaneda.
