El siguiente trabajo se desprende de la investigación titulada “Objeto a, fantasma y deseo” (Secyt, UNC, 2020 - 2021) y tiene como objetivo dilucidar y explicar a través de un análisis bibliográfico de que manera nace el Superyó en la teoría psicoanalítica desde los desarrollos de Sigmund Freud y Jacques Lacan. Se lo abordará principalmente tomando en cuenta el modelo Freudiano del homúnculo de la segunda tópica, resaltando la función del casquete auditivo (horkappe) recuperado por Lacan para abordar al Superyó y la incorporación del órgano del lenguaje. Partimos de la hipótesis que el Superyó se constituye al instante de la intervención del lenguaje sobre el Ser, allí donde la intervención significante produce la esquicia del sujeto. Dicho sujeto que no es el viviente, ni la persona, sino el efecto de los pensamientos, un efecto de significantes inconscientes estructurados como un lenguaje. En la estructura del superyó inciden los residuos verbales, restos mnémicos de la palabra que pulsionan, es decir lo Real del lenguaje como voz, una de las formas del objeto a, un residuo inasimilable que se incorpora y resuena, dando lugar a la instancia psíquica superyoica. Palabras clave Sujeto - Superyó - Voz - Objeto a ABSTRACT THE DIVISION OF THE SUBJECT AND THE BIRTH OF THE SUPEREGO The following work emerges from the research titled “Object a, phantom and desire” (Secyt, UNC, 2020-2021) and aims to elucidate and explain how the Superego was born in psychoanalytic theory from the developments of Sigmund Freud and Jacques Lacan. It will be approached mainly taking into account the Freudian model of the homunculus of the second topic, highlighting the function of the auditory cap (horkappe) recovered by Lacan to approach the superego and the incorporation of the organ of language. We start from the hypothesis that the Superego is constituted at the moment of the intervention of language on the Being, where the significant intervention produces the subject’s schism. Said subject who is not the living being, nor the person, but the effect of thoughts, an effect of unconscious signifiers structured like a language. Verbal residues affect t he structure of the superego, mnemic remains of the word that drive, that is, the Real of language as voice, one of the forms of the object a, an inassimilable residue that is incorporated and resonates, giving rise to the psychic instance superego.
