Este trabajo es producto de una investigación en psicoanálisis, en donde trabajamos en Sigmund Freud la relación con el objeto que constituye la estructura del sujeto hablante, y también como Jacques Lacan piensa la constitución subjetiva cuando trabaja que por la palabra se arriba a La Cosa. Recorrimos la idea de tragedia clásica ligada a la concepción de destino como lo inexorable, en contrapunto con la tragedia nietzscheana en donde interviene la idea de azar, situando la diferencia entre el destino, el azar y la contingencia. Tomamos el ejemplo del personaje de Antígona de Sófocles y el análisis de Lacan en relación al impedimento por la prohibición de cumplir con los rituales del duelo. Ubicamos desde la concepción del filósofo Clément Rosset, el concepto de lo trágico como un mecanismo que se capta retroactivamente el momento del desencadenamiento. Palabras clave Objeto - Sujeto - Duelo - Tragedia ABSTRACT SUBJECT, TRAGEDY AND CHANCE This work is the product of an investigation in psychoanalysis, where we work in Sigmund Freud the relationship with the object that constitutes the structure of the speaking subject and also how Jacques Lacan thinks of the subjective constitution when he analyses that through the word one arrives at The Thing. We went through the idea of classical tragedy linked to the conception of destiny as the inexorable, in counterpoint to the Nietzschean tragedy where the idea of chance intervenes placing the difference between destiny, chance and contingency. We take the example of the character of Antigone from Sophocles and Lacan’s analysis in relation to the impediment due to the prohibition of complying with the rituals of mourning.
