Este artículo presenta el problema de la detección del juicio inconsciente en el análisis. Para la caracterización del juicio tomamos como referencias principales a Aristóteles, Brentano y Freud. Detectamos los enunciados judicativos inconscientes de modo indirecto a partir de otras formaciones clínicas por medio de tres ejemplos freudianos. Ellos nos permiten situar el juicio inconsciente en función-síntoma, en el cumplimiento de la regla fundamental y en casos de lapsus linguae. A partir de estos hallazgos, concluimos que sería pertinente proceder del mismo modo para la detección de juicios inconscientes en la base de otros fenómenos clínicos (fantasma, acting out, pasaje al acto) a condición de tener en cuenta las diferentes posiciones del sujeto en relación con el par significante, el intervalo y el tipo de articulación entre inconsciente y transferencia. Por último, señalamos distintas conceptualizaciones del juicio inconsciente involucradas en la base del trabajo de análisis y en el acto analítico. Palabras clave Juicio - Inconsciente - Represión - Acto ABSTRACT UNCONSCIOUS JUDGMENT In this article we present the problem posed by the detection of unconscious judgment in analysis. For the characterization of the judgment we take as main references Aristotle, Brentano and Freud. We locate unconscious judgmental statements indirectly from other clinical formations by means of three Freudian examples. They allow us to place the unconscious judgment in function-symptom, in compliance of the fundamental rule and in cases of lapsus lingue. From this finding, we conclude that it would be pertinent to proceed in the same way for detection of unconscious judgments on the basis of other clinical phenomena (phantom, acting out, passage to the act) on condition of taking into account the different positions of the subject related to significant pair, the interval and the articulation type between unconscious and transference. Finally, we point out different conceptualizations of the unconscious judgment involved in the basis of the analysis work and in the analytic act. Keywords Judgment - Unconscious - Repression - Act
