Este artículo da cuenta de los avances que se vienen desarrollando en el marco de la ejecución del primer tramo del Proyecto de Investigación UBACyT denominado Función psíquica del crimen en la economía libidinal y que tiene por objeto delimitar las funciones posibles del injusto penal en la estructura subjetiva. Resume por tanto el trabajo realizado en torno de la delimitación de variables y la operacionalización de las dimensiones. Se abordaron así las variables temporal y económica y sus respectivas dimensiones. Al mismo tiempo se precisó la categoría de injusto penal para ampliar aún más la categoría de delito y se especificó el modo en que se trabajó la noción de economía libidinal. Se reseñó asimismo el total de artículos en los que se informó sobre los avances y resultados del proyecto. Palabras clave Delito - Funcion - Economia - Libidinal ABSTRACT PROGRESS REPORT OF THE RESEARCH PROJECT PSYCHIC FUNCTION OF CRIME IN THE LIBIDINAL ECONOMY This article reports on the progress that has been made within the framework of the execution of the first section of the UBACyT Research Project called Psychic Function of Crime in the Libidinal Economy, which aims to delimit the possible functions of the criminal offense in the subjective structure. Therefore, it summarizes the work carried out around the delimitation of variables and the operationalization of the dimensions. The temporal and economic variables and their respective dimensions were thus addressed. At the same time, the category of unjust criminal was specified to further expand the category of crime, and the way in which the notion of libidinal economy was worked was specified.
